Realistic Mathematics Smart Camp 2022

The research roadmap conducted by PUI-PT RC TERM outlines a comprehensive plan to revolutionize mathematics education. Initially, the focus will be on establishing the RC TERM infrastructure and conducting baseline studies. This includes setting up state-of-the-art laboratories, recruiting skilled researchers, and developing initial research frameworks. Baseline studies will assess current educational practices and identify key areas for technological integration in mathematics education, building a strong foundation for future research activities. Following the establishment phase, the emphasis will shift towards the integration of technology into mathematics education. This involves developing and testing innovative teaching methods and tools that incorporate technology, cultural aspects, and real-world applications. Pilot projects will be conducted in collaboration with partner schools to evaluate the effectiveness of these new approaches, with data collected from these projects bei
The establishment of the Center of Excellence in Science and Technology (PUI-PT) at RC TERM is driven by several compelling reasons. Firstly, the importance of Techno-Ethno-Realistic Mathematics education is evident as TERM responds to the need for a new approach in mathematics education that is more relevant to real-life and cultural contexts. By integrating technology, cultural aspects, and real-world applications, TERM aims to enhance the understanding and mathematical skills of students from diverse backgrounds with the aid of technological innovations. Secondly, TERM is committed to innovation in mathematics learning. As a center of innovation, TERM focuses on developing modern teaching methods and emphasizes critical thinking. By introducing new approaches and advanced learning tools, TERM aims to make learning mathematics more engaging and meaningful, thus increasing student interest and achievement. Thirdly, TERM contributes to improving the quality of human resources. Through
